Disappointing. Cold food. Not fresh. Slow service. I grew up eating sonic and they don't have them in my area, so I was excited to see a sonic on my way to grants grove. This location had nothing I love about Sonic. The restaurant was slow, we were the only car parked there. The person that took our order was snippy. Our food took a long time to arrive, which I would have been fine with if it meant they were making it fresh, but they were not. My tator tots were cold. They did not bring us straws, ketchup, or napkins with our order. The credit card processer at the ordering stand was not working. They took our card inside and said they would return with our receipt ketchup and straws and napkins. After around 10-15 minutes I got out of the car and walked up to the front to see if they had a window I could follow up with, and they came outside and said sorry about the delay their credit card processer wasn't working. I have trouble believing that because as we were waiting other cars were going thru the drive thru. Unless they all paid cash then the card processer was working and they just forgot about us. The cherry limeade has a ton of cherry and no lime flavor. The chicken tenders was just 1 giant piece of chicken. The tator tots were cold. The burger was cold and dry and the lettuce on the burger was old and had brown edges. This is definitely not anything like the type of food the sonics I know and love and have in Texas. Very disappointing especially after I convinced everyone in the car to come here instead of McDonald's saying it would be better.

Very poor customer service, they refused to take my order in the drive through after I asked for a second to look at the menu. Will not be returning and will tell my friends/family to not return as well

COLD tater tot's! And I don't mean cool! Was home and couldn't call to let them know and no phone number for corporate. Who do you complain to? Plus they don't take Apple Pay 🤬🤬
