I had a pretty disappointing experience at McDonald's today, and I felt like it should be mentioned. The employee named Sylvia came across with a really negative attitude from the start. She seemed irritated with customers, got my order wrong multiple times, and instead of calmly correcting it, she reacted as if it was everyone else’s mistake.
What stood out the most was how she spoke to the younger employees working there. She was yelling at staff who appeared to be underage right in front of customers, which was uncomfortable to witness and felt very unprofessional. I understand that shifts can get busy and stressful, but the way the situation was handled made the environment feel tense and unwelcoming.
Normally I expect fast service and basic courtesy, but this visit didn’t reflect that. I really hope management takes a look at what’s going on, because both customers and employees deserve a better experience.

I had a really frustrating experience at McDonald's today, and it honestly needs to be addressed. The worker named Sylvia had a terrible attitude from the moment I walked up to the counter. She seemed annoyed at customers, got my order wrong more than once, and instead of fixing it calmly, she acted like it was everyone else’s fault.
What bothered me the most was how she treated the younger employees working with her. She was yelling at what looked like underage staff in front of customers, which was uncomfortable to watch and completely unprofessional. Everyone makes mistakes during a busy shift, but the way she handled things made the whole place feel chaotic and unfriendly.
I usually expect quick service and basic courtesy, but this visit was the opposite. I hope management looks into this because customers and employees both deserve better treatment.

Every single time i visit and purchase anything from this location on cross my bag is missing something i hardly go but when i do theres something not in my bag. The last time i purchased something and items were missing i simply asked for the rest of the items and tried not to fuss about it. They wouldnt give me the food or a refund so i just left. The manager SILVIA called me a liar many times and said they "reviewed" camera footage when i really was missing items in my bag she kept my receipt so i cant even post pictures of what i ordered and what i got obviously its a large fast food chain. But maybe try better when hiring managers like SILVIA calling customers liars. I work in customer service and sure sometimes the customer isnt always right but in anything there has to be compromise and treating a customer the way SILVIA treated me shouldn't have been right. I NEVER google review but this really made me disappointed. Just thinking how these chains hire people like SILVIA and end up with TONS more in profit because they charge for food that was never given to the customer
