  I wanted to share some honest feedback about my experiences at this particular location. I want to start by saying that I truly love Dutch Bros it’s one of my favorite places to go. Most locations I visit are filled with the sweetest, kindest, and most uplifting employees. That positive energy is a big part of why I keep coming back. However, this specific location has consistently felt different. I’ve had several unpleasant experiences here, and it’s usually with the same few workers. There seems to be an ongoing issue with attitude and a lack of care in customer interactions. It feels unwelcoming at times, which is disappointing because it doesn’t reflect the amazing culture I’ve experienced at so many other Dutch Bros locations. One experience that especially bothered me was when I witnessed an elderly man very kindly ask a simple question. He was polite and respectful, and by no means difficult. I would never defend rude or entitled behavior, and this man was far from that. Despite this, the employees initially responded with a noticeably rude tone and seemed unwilling to help. Thankfully, they eventually did what he asked, but the reluctance and attitude were clear. It was honestly hard to watch. Seeing someone older, who was alone and undeserving of that kind of treatment, be spoken to that way really hurt. I would never want my own grandparents to be treated poorly in that situation. I also took a look at the reviews for this location and noticed there are significantly more one-star ratings compared to other Dutch Bros locations nearby. After my experiences, it’s unfortunately very noticeable why. This seems to be a recurring issue rather than an isolated incident. I want to be fair and say that there are also some employees at this location who are absolutely wonderful friendly, upbeat, and exactly what I’ve come to expect from Dutch Bros. Unfortunately, the repeated negative interactions with certain staff members have made it difficult to overlook. I normally don’t say anything because I care about the brand and genuinely enjoy supporting Dutch Bros. But I felt it was important to share this in hopes that it can help improve the experience at this location. I know how great Dutch Bros can be, and I would love for this store to reflect that same positivity and kindness.

  Dutch Bros is always a fun stop for a quick and delicious drink. The staff is incredibly friendly and brings great energy every time I visit. Their menu has tons of creative flavor options, so there’s always something new to try. Service is fast and efficient, even when the line is long. It’s my go-to place when I want a tasty drink and a positive vibe.
