  Paid almost 25 dollars for a half empty bowl, even asked for double steak and barely any.

  I did an online order through the app for pick up . I paid extra for a side of guacamole which I did not get instead got a side of corn? Also I got added cheese in my bowl when I didn’t want any cheese . And I wanted my hot sauce on the side and got it in the bowl . I double checked and I did not order anything this way I noticed when I got home .

  Terrible service. The tall bigger lady was the worst super rude. Nothing was ready and got upset when they had to do their job. Everyone there was terrible.

  This was my first time trying chipotle, When i came in I was the only customer in the store and still ended up waiting more than 5 minutes for someone to come help me and by that time another person had walked in and one of the staff had gone on break and was waiting behind me in line. I made it clear I had never been and every question I asked was met with annoyance and just plain awful attitudes. They rushed me to order once they actually got there to take it because they were more concerned with getting their co-worker their food. I wanted to try the asada which is $15 after tax, and was given no more than 6 small pieces on each taco, I asked if that was all that they put on there and was told it would be another $8 for more meat, I didn't bother seeing the base portion sizes. And because they were in such a rush to get me out of there, they put the wrong beans on my taco, but again I didn't bother to correct them because they had made me so uncomfortable by that point, and they also did not put any cheese on my wives bowl even though I clearly asked for it. And on top of all that, when I got home (only a 5min drive or so) I started eating immediately and my food was stone cold and I had to heat it up along with my wives food, defeating the purpose of spending $40 for the "convenience"of getting fast food. It was two women helping me, one named Brook and another tall bigger white women with glasses. They were both absolutely awful and because of them I wont be returning. This was some of the worst service I have ever received, will just go to the store next time and spend $20 for the same ingredients.
