I hadn’t used my debit card in weeks and made a purchase here and two hours later I had multiple transactions where the merchant had physically typed in my card information and used it somewhere else. My bank confirmation that it was after this purchase my card was copied and able to be used.

The owner — a large Indian man — openly yelled at the employee about her scoop sizes being “too big,” all while she was rushing to keep up with orders. It was extremely unprofessional. I paid $10 for a single scoop that was already melting, likely because the store’s AC wasn’t working, and the portion was tiny for the price. On top of that, the milkshake I ordered was watered down with ice chunks. When I asked for a refund, I felt bad for the worker who had to get the owner, but he refused and insisted she remake the drink despite the chaos. The second milkshake tasted just as bad — likely because of the small, overpriced scoops they use. Will not be returning. Take your business to Coldstone, pricing is worth the quality and you can actually get mixed in toppings.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
