  Absolutely unacceptable experience. I clearly told the staff 3–4 times that my entire order had to be 100% vegetarian — no chicken, only beans and veggies. I repeated it multiple times to avoid exactly this kind of mistake. Yet I was still given chicken in my chalupas. This is not a “small mix-up.” I follow a strict vegetarian diet for religious reasons, and this completely violated my beliefs. It is extremely disrespectful when customers clearly communicate dietary restrictions and they are ignored. I trusted the staff to get something this basic right, and they failed. This ruined my meal and my experience. Very upset and very disappointed.

  I had to come and post. This was clean and quick service and hands down the best Taco Bell I've had! The tacos actually looked they pictured 😂. For once they didn't skimp on the cheese. Go and check it out for urself.

  A week ago I placed an order for delivery. I ordered the 2 new dipper quesadillas that were disgusting with gristle all thru the chicken. I ordered with no lettuce and extra cheese. I received lettuce on both and hardly any cheese. I was furious because I paid for extra cheese on both!! They were Stone cold. I ordered a Mexican pizza with no tomatoes and extra cheese. I got extra cheese and no tomatoes but also NO SEASONED BEEF!! I threw it all away, it was so disgusting!! I used to get Taco Bell twice a week... NO MORE!!!
