  It's not my first time getting a subway sandwich. At this store the portions they give you are small, for a footlong, tomatoes should be four, I got three, if I didn't ask for a fresh spinach, they'll give you the ones that are wilted, and when they gave me a fresh one , this im not kidding, four (4) pieces of spinach. All the veggies I have to ask for extra. I always give tips but this time, no.

  First of all you may be thinking what the heck is this? Well it’s supposed to be a 5 meat salad. A SALAD. What I received was a 5 meat spinach wrap sandwich basically.. The employee who was helping me just kept slapping ingredient after ingredient right on top of each other while she was on the phone with someone. Last I checked a salad is supposed to chopped & tossed. It was far from closing time so I know that’s definitely not an excuse. It also wasn’t busy as well. She also seemed irritated when she asked if I was coming in for a pick up order and I said “no” then she proceeded to walked to the back to put on her gloves and rolled her eyes. Come on subway, check on your employees & make sure they’re trained to get orders done correctly. This will be the first and last time we will be supporting this location and/or the N Tracy Blvd location in which we’ve had a bad experience at in the past as well.

  Person packing my order was on a personal phone call , not paying attention to my sub and added very little veggies and sauses. Definitely not expected this from subway.

  I was extremely disappointed with my recent order. I ordered two veggie sandwiches, but both were missing the veggie patties entirely. If you were out of veggie patties, the courteous and professional thing to do would have been to inform me when I came to pick up the order, not just hand me sandwiches that were essentially bread with a few vegetables. This felt careless and disrespectful to the customer. Please do better with communication and basic quality control.
