  Gave my order to a random person then argued with me for 20 minutes before finnaly remaking the order. Replacement food was burnt. Never coming back to this place. Especially with the number of bugs flying around the place.

  ordered a buy 2 get one free build your own pizza and i clearly selected pepperoni with jalapeños and got sent 2 cheeze pizzas with just jalapeños, I called in and got told otherwise that i didnt select pepperoni on top of that the garlic sauce was expired aswell… thanks papa johns🫡👍

  I ordered a veggie pizza around 12:00 AM and forgot to add ranch. I immediately texted the Dasher, but the employee told him they could not give one ranch unless I paid for it. Adding a single ranch would have cost almost $5 with fees. Other pizza places like Domino’s, Pizza Hut, Little Caesars, and Round Table Pizza usually do not charge for one small ranch, or it’s a very small cost. It’s disappointing that this Papa Johns location charges customers for something so small. Customer service matters. Refusing a small request like this makes customers feel unappreciated. Because of this experience, I will not order from this location again. I hope the owner considers improving customer service and training employees better. 1 star.

  I got bone in wings but didn't eat there. When I got home they were about the size of my pinky finger. I can't believe they would sell them! 6 for $8.99. What a rip off! I didn't want to give any stars but I think I had to to post this

  I went inside the store and order a medium pepperoni pizza with white sauce the guy had a hard time understanding me. He barely spoke any English so he told me 15 minutes. I told him I parked right in front of the store when the Pizza was ready to wave at me so I could come in and get it well 15 minutes. Turn into 45 minutes he never waited at me to come inside so I went inside. The pizza was sitting there. It was cold. I tried to talk to him about it, but he was very rude and this other gentleman that works there basically told me to get the hell out so I will never Spend another a penny in that place. I ordered pizza with white sauce and on top being cold when I went heat it up it had tomato sauce, the red sauce and I cannot have red sauce, so the pizza that went to waste
