- MWMelissa WilliamsMar 5, 20262.0Sat in drive thru line this morning for more than 10 minutes for a bagel and tea! The bagel was completely flat and had no hole in it. I asked for cream cheese, I got it but driving down the road I discovered they gave me no flatware at all to spread it with! Had to use an extra napkins and my fingers! Come on Panera, you are better than this!!

This was the worse experience I’ve had in a drive thru in a while, girl didn’t ask for my rewards number and it is not my job to remember. They gave me bread when I already had a sandwich and would have like chips. The soup was watery with maybe 2 potatoes. Chai latte was watered down as well. What a joke! I expect consistency on quality for the price I pay here. I am not one to complain but this about ruined my day. I will probably not go back for a while after this. Update: manager made it right, and they went about it so genuine and that is great management there.

HAIR ON THE HARD BOILED EGG. The one I didn’t order… oh and no utensils in the Togo bag though I ordered them. I wouldn’t have made a fuss if not for the hair. I did try to just suck it up and eat the cob salad until I saw that. Worst experience I’ve had a Panera bread. Also the sandwich was soggy, though maybe it was the bread I chose, but it also could have been toasted a bit longer.

- AAArchie AmerieDec 28, 20255.0I was Greeted by Mohammed This is Was So Professional and courteous a great attitude and really does a great job my order was perfect and he was so Effecient when it came to making sure my Order was correct because it can get a little confusing when you like your food prepared a certain way but he was great definitely a happy customer
