- JHJohnna HarvardDec 26, 20251.0Do not go here, I went inside just now, 6:20 pm. There was a guy I the door to go in the back, guy behind counter told us to hold on. When me and my sister looked at one another they guy went in the back and slammed the door as hard as he could. Then when they came out we asked if we did something they said no he was messing with the other guy..offered to pay for our food. Then we we asked about the get the 4th free he said we don't do that here online for pick up. And we are closing at 7 and sent us to the other store in Tracy that's closed. Never been treated so horrible just going into a place to order food. Who lets workers like this work here. Terrible!!

- RERupa EngelDec 10, 20251.0Terrible experience at this Subway. The lady who made our sandwich did it in the worst way , sloppy, unhygienic, and it looked ugly and unprofessional. After eating it, my daughter got sick. This is unacceptable for any food establishment. Management needs to seriously address staff training, hygiene, and food safety.

They wanna buy and run an American business and then be greedy and not be part of the community. Lame Ill never go there again and I grew up two blocks from here.
- BBBellaAug 25, 20251.0Went to subway at noon, did an online order. I took out my sandwich and found a hair. I went back to let them know and they didn’t want to give me a refund and wanted to make another sandwich but I was grossed out. She was rude saying that we can’t do any refunds and she supposably spoke with a manager saying that they didn’t do any refunds. This place is unsanitary. Poor customer service.
