- AMAngel MeridaSep 19, 20251.0When I came in there was no employee here. After a minute I knocked on the counter and the lady came out. She asked what sandwich I wanted, then asked me for a moment. She than continued to answer her phone and have a full conversation with someone 😂 If I had a nickel for everytime this lady has done this to me, I’d have 2 nickels. Which isn’t a lot but crazy that it’s happened twice 💀 9/19/25 @9:30am
- AOAman OhlanJul 6, 20251.0I was extremely disappointed with my recent order. I ordered two veggie sandwiches, but both were missing the veggie patties entirely. If you were out of veggie patties, the courteous and professional thing to do would have been to inform me when I came to pick up the order, not just hand me sandwiches that were essentially bread with a few vegetables. This felt careless and disrespectful to the customer. Please do better with communication and basic quality control.
