Went to Panera a few months ago, long story short the girl working the drive thru tried to steal the remaining balance on my gift card. I requested my card back after she told me it had zero balance. I had $9.11 left, fast forward to today tried to use the card at manteca Panera they said balance had been used. The girl must have swapped my card or did something shady. Will never ever return. Hope she is reading this, if she wasn't fired.
