This is my second time here and the first time was great! I wondered why I haven’t been to a Panera in 5 years besides the prices. This was the worse experience I’ve had in a drive thru in a while, girl didn’t ask for my rewards number and it is not my job to remember. They gave me bread when I already had a sandwich and would have like chips. The soup was watery with maybe 2 potatoes. Chai latte was watered down as well. What a joke! I expect consistency on quality for the price I pay here. I am not one to complain but this about ruined my day. I will probably not go back for a while after this. Update: manager made it right, and they went about it so genuine and that is great management there.

My order was over a half hour late, then when I did get it, it wasn’t what I’d ordered, they gave me a Cobb salad instead of Mediterranean with grains and chicken, and the cherry on top? HAIR ON THE HARD BOILED EGG. The one I didn’t order… oh and no utensils in the Togo bag though I ordered them. I wouldn’t have made a fuss if not for the hair. I did try to just suck it up and eat the cob salad until I saw that. Worst experience I’ve had a Panera bread. Also the sandwich was soggy, though maybe it was the bread I chose, but it also could have been toasted a bit longer.

I was Greeted by Mohammed This is Was So Professional and courteous a great attitude and really does a great job my order was perfect and he was so Effecient when it came to making sure my Order was correct because it can get a little confusing when you like your food prepared a certain way but he was great definitely a happy customer

I just wanna say I really appreciate the management at Panera. I had an issue and I emailed them about my problems and they responded very quickly through email address my problem they treated me like a real customer and I really appreciate that. I love Panera food and I am definitely going to be a long-term customer after today.
