Showed it on my phone screen, then they found it sitting to the side and tried to give it to me ice cold. Had to ask for them to remake it, seems crazy to have someone wait so long then hand them old food. And the new indoor layout is god awful. They don’t staff the register as they want everyone to use the kiosk. Which is fine, but at least keep an eye out for the register. If you need to go in because they forgot something in your order you can’t even get anyone to the counter to help you for 10-20 minutes literally every time. If you go in it feels like no one is working “the front.” Prices are through the roof and there isn’t even anyone to serve you or correct problems. Go to literally any other location if at all possible.
