this mcdonald's it's really close to where i live so i love how convenient it is when i need a quick bite to eat. Service is usually pretty quick and i love being able to order on the kiosks

Good food, but they always mess up my order. ALWAYS. They either give me the wrong toppings on my burger, or give me different sized fries from the one I ordered, or don’t give me the sauce I ask for. Once, I ordered a coke, and they gave me a coffee 💔 But, the food is delicious, so I had to give an extra 2 stars

If I could give a zero I would. Let me paint the situation I got to this store around 10:40 at night doing the doordash I get a order. I get to the store Walk up to the door doors locked so I assume they close the lobby. I go through the drive-thru where I sit there for about 5 minutes waiting through cars just to figure out no one is answering the intercom. So then I go to the first window there's nobody there I go to the second window there is somebody there just looking at me like I'm crazy I show them the phone to let them know I'm doordash because I'm expecting a order to appear out of nowhere since I was sent here. Of course they look at me like I'm crazy so I show them the phone The lady she opens the window and she says oh I'm sorry the store is closed You're going to have to cancel the order. Now I don't know if you guys know with the DoorDash if you cancel a order your ratings take effect and I'm a very serious person when it comes to doordash I take this as a full-time job so of course I called DoorDash because if dordash understands the situation they could do it from their side without me taking any rating effect. So I'm sitting on the phone with him and I let them know the whole situation they say okay let me contact the store to make sure. They come back 5 minutes later I'm sorry the store is not answering the phone. So I let the lady know I'm quite literally standing at the door and this turns into about 25 minutes to where one of the workers are getting off work and they open the door. The manager is quite literally looking in my face as I'm on the phone with doordash and I'm letting her know hey I have doordash on the phone All they need you to do is just answer the phone and let them know that the store is closed so they can cancel this order. Tell me why this girl looks in my face and say oh I'm sorry we're close I can't help you. So why the hell are you guys still accepting orders if you're closed two if you hear I am on the phone with one of your partners that does delivery for you why is it so hard to answer the phone and be like Hi Yes this is such and such with McDonald's Yes we are closed it is that simple. So doordash was a little confused because they just thought I just wanted to cancel the order but I had to explain to them multiple times no it's not that I want to cancel the order The store is not giving me the order because they are closed they have closed early and I'm saying this quite literally as I'm in front of the manager and the manager can hear me talking to doordash looking me dead in my eyes and I'm telling them the store doesn't want to answer the phone I'm quite literally standing in front of the door and the manager is looking at me saying that she can't do anything when she can simply just pick up the damn phone and then do that says oh sorry for the misunderstanding yeah we can go ahead and cancel it since they don't want to answer. This store needs to do way better because there should be no reason that people are driving around town coming from across town to come to a store that decided they wanted to close early and then we have to sit and fight on the phone with doordash. Like I'm doing my best to do my job but I can't do my job if you don't want to do your job because if you don't do your job I can possibly lose my job since I'm an independent contractor I take this very serious do better.

Whoever was the cook for Monday , night shift on the 8th … please be more considerate and just do your job correctly or TRY at least . I ordered a spicy snack wrap and it literally was filled with just sauce . Looks like they wrapped the food with their eyes closed , like are you serious ??? Worst customer service as well , please stop hiring teenagers with no common sense .
