  Came here for dinner with my parents and I had to say this is poor customer service. The waiter wasn’t rude but she doesn’t even check on us if we’re doing fine nor asking if we needed refill. Especially the appetizer took too long and when it came, the food was barely hot and the onion rings are slightly soggy. I also checked other reviews and most of the recent ones are negative. Now I know why there’s a bunch of negative reviews. So far this is the only restaurant in this area I would never come back to.

  The food was very tasty. Our server was very nice and quick with things that were under her control. Would have preferred the appetizers to come out a bit faster as they came out within 2 minutes of the test of the food even though they were placed first. I got the bacon Mac and cheese burger which was delicious. My wife got the cheesesteak, which she said was delicious.

  My wife and child we visited Buffalo Wild Wings expecting a standard family dining experience. Unfortunately, our visit raised serious concerns about professionalism and customer treatment. Throughout the meal, our server name Kimberly behavior was consistently unprofessional, with full of attitude. Food was placed on the table abruptly, and when I politely asked for extra ranch, the response was raised and dismissive. Despite multiple requests, water for my baby not provided, which made us uncomfortable as parents. When I calmly addressed the tone being used with us, the server responded, “You can change your server.” I stated that we were fine continuing and returned to our table. Shortly after, the server came back and stated, “Hey you Indian, my manager will be your server now,” then refused to continue serving us and walked away. No manager ever came to our table to address the situation. We paid at the front desk and spoke with the on-duty manager. While an apology and a small discount were offered, there was no meaningful follow-up, explanation, or indication that the incident — particularly the explicit racial remark — would be addressed. This experience was deeply disappointing. Regardless of circumstances, discriminatory language and unprofessional conduct should never occur in a customer-facing environment, especially with families present. I hope this location and corporate leadership take this feedback seriously and ensure proper training and accountability moving forward.

  Decent experience- Wings were good. Although they have gotten significantly smaller than a year or 2 ago. Bartender was ok. I cant remember her name. One thing that kills me about servers/bartenders is that they fail to mention specials/promotions, they just pass the menu around let it be. (Hint-Management) With how slow the place was i'd be making sure any and every employee on the clock is checking every box of the expectations of them.

  The service here was the most disappointing I have EVER had! Our food came out 1 at a time like probably 10-20 minutes apart from eachother. If I wanted to eat at separate times from the rest of my family I would have stayed home. We were told that is how service is done and if we want it to come all together then we have to ask but even then some of our food would be cold versus others will be hot. VERY disappointing and WILL NEVER COME BACK AGAIN! We were not given ANY silverware or let alone napkins! I had to ask for all this! The manager had said to us that we will just have to let it come out when it ready which will not be all together unless we ask. Like thats not a kitchen works? You are to time it so that all the food comes out together for the table. Like why is this place even open??? It's not a restaurant its a joke! Close it down!! I had to ask for everything that would be normally given to in a proper restaurant. Our server only came by our table a max of 3 times! We kept having to flag anyone down to our table. She never came to check on us. Again NEVER GOING BACK!
