- ASAndrea SneedJan 31, 20261.0The service here was the most disappointing I have EVER had! Our food came out 1 at a time like probably 10-20 minutes apart from eachother. If I wanted to eat at separate times from the rest of my family I would have stayed home. We were told that is how service is done and if we want it to come all together then we have to ask but even then some of our food would be cold versus others will be hot. VERY disappointing and WILL NEVER COME BACK AGAIN! We were not given ANY silverware or let alone napkins! I had to ask for all this! The manager had said to us that we will just have to let it come out when it ready which will not be all together unless we ask. Like thats not a kitchen works? You are to time it so that all the food comes out together for the table. Like why is this place even open??? It's not a restaurant its a joke! Close it down!! I had to ask for everything that would be normally given to in a proper restaurant. Our server only came by our table a max of 3 times! We kept having to flag anyone down to our table. She never came to check on us. Again NEVER GOING BACK!
