  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this location. I visited Thursday night around 11:57pm after work to purchase a party pack, with a total of about $30. I clearly instructed the cashier to charge $25 on my card and that I would pay the remaining balance in cash. He acknowledged this, yet proceeded to charge $28 to my card anyway while being distracted and talking in the background. When I questioned this, he attempted to “fix” it by charging my card again, which of course declined because the card only had $25 available to begin with. He then stated he issued a refund, but any competent employee should know refunds take several days to process. What made this situation worse was the complete lack of professionalism. The cashier and manager were laughing and not taking the issue seriously while I was trying to resolve a payment problem involving my money. Instead of properly fixing the situation, I was told I could “just take the food” as if it were free. It was not free—I had already been charged, and I even gave an additional $5 in cash with no receipt provided. It has now been 5 days, and my refund has still not been returned. This means I was overcharged and inconvenienced, only to be made to feel like I was given something for free when I clearly paid for it. This is unacceptable. Staff need proper training on handling payments, refunds, and customer service. This entire situation could have been avoided with basic attention and professionalism.

  I have been there about 4-5 times in the past 3 months after work which is around 4pm. The lady is rude and there is always a charge on receipt that doesnt make sense. It says donation but she said it was a charge for the freeze. I went today and same person , my food was cold wet and soggy. My hard tacos were not hard at all. All the meat etc fell out of both my tacos and rhe shell was stuck to the paper. I threw most of it away , will not be going back.
