- JSJosie Gonzalez (Josie Sunflowers)Mar 20, 20261.0Terrible customer service i ordered online for pick up , I walk in the employee is sitting at a table on his phone i wait about 2 mins he gets up and walks straight to wash his hands (good job) looks at me and i say i have a pick up order , asks for my name and i tell him he grabs the bag and chucks it towards me on the counter i ask if the drinks were also in the bag , he didn’t say a word , no acknowledgment, his whole attitude was so icky , last time i come to this location. oh and also cherry on top there’s a hair on my sub .

I ordered a 6 inch meatball sandwich, and received a sandwich with only two meatballs on it…. Is that some type of inhumane joke? Another time, I placed an order for pickup and my footlong meatball sandwich was cold. The mozzarella cheese was not even melted on the sandwich. It was disgusting. You are better off going to the Subway on Carson St. a couple miles further. The pictures of the sandwich I got from them, may make you lose your appetite tho
