Dave the founder made great food, but the service has sharply dropped since they are not personable and seems they are only there for a check. Daisy, the other day was rude and would not even let us exchange for toys our kids didn't have yet. Johnathan however was a knight in shining armor with his kind and polite demeanor. He deserves to be calling the shots as he understands good customer service and customer interaction and providing happiness to diners alike.
