  Ridiculous experience, I had a rotisserie chicken sandwich YESTERDAY with a coupon, came in today for the same sandwich and the worker told me the owner doesn’t accept sandwiches for this coupon. They did yesterday, but suddenly the manager doesn’t accept the rotisserie chicken of steak on coupons. The kicker? Subway coupons tells you which sandwiches are excluded, the rotisserie chicken and steak are NOT one of them. The old lady that works here picks and chooses whose coupons she wants to accept.

  Horrible customer service. I had a coupon for a foot long. I ordered Philly Cheese Sandwich. I gave the coupon to the lady and she said we don't take it. Philly Cheese is excluded. I asked her to read what it says on the coupon. Philly cheese is not excluded. She kept saying no. Then she said I will try it but can't promise it will be accepted. She tries and it went through without problems. The last thing you want to do is argue with the customer especially when you don't know what you are doing. They lost a customer. I will never go back to this location.
