The line of autos was very long, so I parked and tried to order on the app. However, the app seem to have issues taking the order. So I went in to order. I tried to get help with the App to make sure I was doing it right as this has happened at other McDonalds. They couldnt seem to get it to work either. Since it wouldn't work I asked if they could just they take my order. My request was denied ans was told to order on the electronic menu. One machine was out of order and the other kept prompting me for a code. Code? What code? I finally got help to order. I was double billed but promised a refund will be forthcoming.

I hate that you can no longer talk to a person inside to place your order!!! Only go here for breakfast now and then, but it will be even less often now.

This location is horrible, management needs to do better! Quarter Pounder not cooked thoroughly after eating half of it. Smoothie with big chunks of ice in the bottom not properly Blended. Ask for extra pickles got none.. paid for tomato slices got none! Horrible location, I won't go back!
