Just went to Mac Donald’s and grab food for the family…. Take 2 bite of my burger and this is how it came out….. this Mc Donald’s has to be one of the worst ones in SoCal.
You guys have a third window for no reason… I was the only one in the drive thru and there was no ones and still got sent to the third window….. for what reason ???????

Missing ketchup and sweet and sour for my drive-tru order, they were mentioned by the person who took my order, when they report the order back at you, but not on my bag. Food was hot and service fast.

Terrible.
I got 10 for 20 nugs
Got no sauces
And wasted my money.

Guys, if you have already decided to go your own way, then at least somehow go to meet ordinary people. If in 99% of stores delivery orders are given through the window after 22:00, for what purpose do you send people to the restaurant if they are literally at the pick-up window? Organization at a very low level.
