And he gave me my extras, unlike the older black gentleman that works at Jamba Juice mid city on Venice with the glasses sitting on his nose who told me they don’t do extras. See attached photo.
- SSSkylerSep 5, 20251.0So my last visit on 08/29/25 was absolutely horrible. I did message the Jamba staff but I'm very disappointed in this staff member. When I went there around early afternoon- noon. The Young Asian boy taking my order sighed at me because I needed to look over the menu and rolled his eyes at me. He also rolled his eyes and sighed again when I was ordering more than one drink. No staff member should ROLL their eyes or SIGH at a customer like that. It was beyond disrespectful. They got back to me 4 days later saying they would discuss this with "the team" but not that they would talk to that individual. The "team" wasn't the problem. It was this rude kid who shouldn't be taking orders from people if he's going to have an attitude towards guests! That's not professional! It's unbelievable that he is working there and acting like that to begin with. Management clearly allows this from their staff! No accountability or discipline towards bad employees i suppose. I HIGHLY recommend people go somewhere else instead of this location. Very disappointing.
