On top of that they took the phone off the hook so you can’t even call. Spent three hours trying to use the promo and calling the store. Horrible customer service.

But I'm always willing to give a place a couple chances because there could be multiple reasons why a place might be off that day. The last two times I've been the fries have been undercooked and over salted, and my burger was not made correctly. Fries should be crisp, not soft and bendy. And I don't know how they make the burger wrong when you literally tell them what to put on it. Personally, I don't understand the hype around this place but to each their own.

This particular branch is the closest to us and I am loving it. It is clean and well staffed. We placed our order and received our food in 15 mins tops. My kid enjoyed making a drawing and putting it up in the board. We are absolutely committed to coming back and becoming regulars.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
