Never been to a chain restaurant run this poorly. Management clearly knows what is wrong based on the reviews. They clearly don't care. Don't go here. You will get sick.

The employee who appeared to be in a management role seemed bothered that she needed to fix an incorrect order. At these prices...unacceptable.

She was checking on us every time she passed by and not just us but basically everyone else sitting at the bar. She made sure drinks were correct, orders were right, and nobody’s glass was ever empty. She was holding it down all by herself and kept the bar running. Now, to be clear, this rating is not for the other girl working the bar (the one with the Eagles jersey and bandana). She should either be let go or at least written up. Drinking on the job while your coworkers are depending on you is not okay. She was completely out of it and left all the work on the other bartender. And this review is also not for Jessica, the so-called supervisor/manager in the pink hoodie. She stood around with her arms crossed instead of helping. If you see one employee slacking and the other one running the whole bar, jump in and help. Also, dress like management, you looked more like a random bystander than someone actually running the place. From one person working in customer service to another: DO BETTER
