  This restaurant is disgusting and so unsanitary! I was there for lunch and I ordered a sandwich and the first time I had to send it back because there was a hair on it. The server was nice enough to have it remade but the second time there was a dead mosquito in the middle of my sandwich! Horrible experience. The manager was kind to offer a refund and a complimentary experience but I doubt I’d return again! This restaurant needs to be shut down!

  Amazing service! The team is always friendly and attentive. Will definitely be returning for happy hour. I ordered the french dip sandwich which was ok but I'll definitely be back for drinks and apps with friends.

  The food was great but the service was extremely disappointing. The staff seemed more focused on chatting among themselves than taking care of customers. Our server rarely checked on us so we had to ask the bartender for help and even request water refills from her. We asked for a to go box but it never came the first time. After waiting quite a while, we asked the bartender again and she had to notify our server before the to go box was finally brought to us. Overall a very disappointing experience.

  I love Nordstrom, and I love most of Nordstrom‘s restaurants. However, this one is extremely gross and is definitely an health hazard. I ordered a salad and a cheeseburger which I’ll say the truth the food wasn’t bad however, I noticed the tickling underneath the table to find out it was a very tiny mouse that has came from their kitchen. I got up start screaming however, the whole entire restaurant was startled. The manager actually was upset about it. Because I made such a big scene like how was I supposed to keep my mouth shut when there was a damn mouse on my foot their floors are extremely dirty very sticky tables aren’t so clean either poor service. They’re too busy talking to one another than actually serving on you I would not recommend this place at all and it should be closed down.
