  I came here with some friends on a Sunday, and unfortunately, the experience was really disappointing. The restaurant seemed severely understaffed from the start. We had to seat ourselves and grab menus from another table, only to find they were sticky and not very clean. It took quite a while for our waitress to come over and take our order, and the food took even longer to arrive. When it finally did, it was cold. After that, service didn’t improve—our drinks were never refilled, and we had to flag down the waitress just to pay the bill. Overall, we couldn’t wait to leave. If you’re looking for a smooth and enjoyable dining experience, this probably isn’t the place.

  This is the second time I have dealt with awful service there. The supervisors are the worst. The one I dealt with this time was named Charles but I think that’s a lie because when I spoke to a supervisor the next day about the situation he at first didn’t know who Charles was. The day I placed my order on line it gave me two of the same items, so I called to have one of the items removed befor they started making it. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was put on hold. The supervisor who came to the phone answered by saying, “Yeah, What do you want?!” I asked him did he really just say that? He responded with, “Yeah and what do you want?!” I asked him for his name. He became silent and I asked him again. He told me he wasn’t giving it to me until I told him what I wanted. I asked him if he knew how unprofessional he was being. I informed him that when he answered the phone he should have given his name and title immediately, and that I shouldn’t have to ask him for it. I let him know my name and told him what the issue was with the order I placed on line. Due to his rudeness I became more and more frustrated and was full on yelling at which point he told I was going to give him respect. At no point was he ever respectful, he lied about his name, and he lied about the refund procedures. I had to go to the restaurant to put a request in for my refund. When I requested his presence he made me stand at the counter for over 15 minutes before he came out to help him. I politely gave him the information to process my refund, and said no more than I had to, to him. I found out the corporation that ownes Buffalo Wild Wings and I left them many messages requesting a call back. No one ever answered the phone or called me back. The restaurant called me the next day to discuss my refund and I asked for the district managers name but I was told that they would handle it. I never received a call and that person who called me probably was the supervisor’s friend and was just lying to get information out of me to see if I was going to report it. The Torrance Buffalo Wild Wings has some shady supervisors there. I will never return to the Torrance restaurant again.

  This Buffalo Wild Wings sucks because our food came out cold and took about an hour to get here then we got our fries and onion wings all late and cold the waiters wher rude and it was bad everyone was complaining and sending drinks and food back then we got our extra plates when we wher leaving servers are very slow manager was hanging out with friends and taking shots with his buddies and the waiters looked like they didn’t want to be there the bartender was smoking it was a bad experience but the food was good

  We got our plates after we were done eating. Cups were dirty multiple tables complied about it as well. Food is good but after seeing dirty cups I’m completely grossed out on how clean they are. Servers are slow.

  My experience here was horrible. I arrived & was asked to wait 5 mins to be seated. There was clearly a sign that said “self seating” and the restaurant was not busy at all, multiple empty tables. The waiter who told us to wait then sat us down in the outside area. We asked to get our table cleaned & he literally dusted the table off instead of wiping it with a wet towel. Let me just mention all the tables were dirty. He then proceeded to take our drinks. He comes back and I didn’t have a drink. He then comes back 10 mins later and he hands us dirty/used trays with someone else’s receipt on the tray. We told him, handed the trays to him and he only took the receipt and left us with dirty trays. There was one girl waiter who was nice enough to exchange our trays. When we told her our waiter brought us dirty trays she was even in shock. Idk if it was his first day on the job or the guy was on drugs, idk but the whole experience was completely off. At that point I asked to get our food to go & exited the restaurant. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BE GOING THERE.
