- CGCyndi GonzalezMar 17, 20261.0No Stars. Avoid this location – poor quality and zero accountability I am beyond disappointed with the ice cream cake we purchased here today 03/17/2026. The frosting had a harsh, chemical-like aftertaste that lingered long after eating, and the cake base itself was stale and clearly old. To make matters worse, our entire family ended up with stomach aches afterward. We did not eat the cake as it was not edible. When I called to report the issue, the staff was completely unhelpful and reluctant to offer any solution or refund. For a premium price, you expect fresh food and basic customer service—we received neither. Save your money and go elsewhere.

- DRDaniel RudolphDec 6, 20251.0Luckily this place has two dedicated parking spots, unfortunately the over zealous owner angry owner took a moment to remove the phone from his ear and ask if I saw the sign with the dedicated parking, which I responded "I did ", so he asked me to move my car somewhere else, which I responded "no problem I'll go to the BR on PCH 10 mins away to get my ice cream cake". Needless to say the one on PCH had the most helpful, kind and happy folks working there and I was happy to make my purchase. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place and go to the one at 3614 Pacific Coast Hwy #B, Torrance, CA 90505. For a place that serves ice cream typically associated with smiles and fun, these owners don't seem to know what a smile is.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
