There's nothing to prevent rain from falling on me while I have my window down ordering my food at this location. This is Thousand Oaks y'all have money to have this Taco Bell here and it should be covering to prevent rain from falling in my window. I'm sitting here in the drive-through and my hole inside of my car is soaking wet as well as the door inside of my car. This is crazy!

Trash cans were full had to leave my trash next to the trash can. The employees didn’t seem to care about the customers. My first job was at a Taco Bell in Thousand Oaks 55 years ago. And after eating at this one we could only imagine what we could not see looked like. We will not eat here anymore.
