  The food here is hit and miss. Inconsistent and I hate to say that bc I like Pizza Hut. Also since the Newbury park location closed for whatever reason this is the only local spot which means this location needs to hire more staff and really just have a nice overhaul. If service continues to be slow and food doesn’t hit the spot you will lose your customers and close.

  I have no idea why this place won't put enough sauce or cheese on a pizza. I said I'd never come back, but a lot of time had passed and I wanted a stuffed crust pizza. I'll never come back.

  Had to wait 30 mins to get my pizza AFTER it was flagged as order is ready ...they DISHONESTLY mark that the order is ready . Pathetic service... Could have cooked and eaten the pizza in my own home in that time.

  I've been multiple times and I must say, the food is good, quality is good, it's well made. Customer service is awful!! If you order for pickup, expect to wait a while because people ignore you even if you are at the front, and they don't come to the front at all. They stay in the back. They even have a bell that rings every time you open the door. No one comes to the front. In my opinion, this is unacceptable. I understand the food won't get any colder but still. Having to wait a while is unacceptable
