The food selection is also very good and perfect for a quick snack or light meal. The staff is friendly, efficient, and always provides excellent service. Even when it’s busy, the wait time is short and the atmosphere remains calm and welcoming. It’s a cozy spot with a nice vibe, whether you’re grabbing coffee on the go or sitting down to relax. Definitely one of my favorite coffee stops inside Nordstrom!

But Matt, Matt is such a sweetheart. He was a great worker, and wonderfully charismatic. I do not believe I have had such absolutely delightful and wonderful customer service in all my days.
