I text the driver and he said the bag was sealed and he never saw what was in the bag. He said to call Subway. I did the woman on the phone said to come in and get the chips. When I was able to go later that day she wasn’t there and the Manager said no one told him about it. Basically saying I was lying and when I explained what happened he said door dash would never say call Subway. He eventually said I could have the chips but next time he would not do it. I basically said there wouldn’t be a next and left without the chips. He was rude and condescending. I’m a 66 year old man that has been gainfully employed for over 40 years I have no reason to lie about a bag of chips. I know race is a touchy subject these days and I hate to even bring it up but I can’t think of any other reason he was that disrespectful and dismissive. Needless to say I will never give that Subway any more business.
