Was taking the whole family here once a month. I just cannot get over the fact that you add sugar to your buffalo sauce. We all love wings, but buffalo should not be sweet.
Then we order the nuggets. I decide to just eat the nugget no buffalo. The nuggets are sweet; the batter coating! Why?! Kids need sugar in their nuggets?
We love going here but I’m sick of it. Please change these recipes. I just want classic buffalo sauce (I’m sure everyone does) and chicken nuggets without sugar. As a former chef, it’s not slick it’s ignorant.

I love the Lazy Dog. The Bartenders are great, the food is really delicious and I love watching TV from the bar or chit chatting with complete strangers enjoying some fresh air.

Called before the make sure we could watch sports on the patio. The umbrellas were completely blocking the TV’s and they said they would put them down. That never happened. The waitress had too many table which resulted in us being neglected. Had to ask the food runner for a refill on my iced tea after waiting 20 minutes. Food was average. Service was awful. We came here so we could have a nice time and had our dog on the patio. Rule for dogs, no aggression, and no barking. That was not the case when it came to other dogs on the patio. Not a restaurant I would return to.

Dined here the other day and had a great experience ! It was a quiet afternoon before the rain and our server was spot on!
I love all the entrees on their menu! The food is delicious!
I thought the gingerbread kit was a wonderful idea to support charity-buy one for $8 to support charities, folks.
On top of that, my child was asking for one for Christmas and this fit perfectly into our plans.
We had a lovely meal with our friends, were able to sit and relax, and even received our Christmas gifts early (gingerbread kit)
So a million thanks to your server and staff for a positive experience!

I just received my DoorDash order of lemon chicken. When I went to open my lemon sauce, there was a hair in it! I tried to reach out to lazy dog by telephone but after being on hold for eight or nine minutes, I decided that I would just leave a review.
Unfortunately, this comes two weeks after visiting lazy dog in Thousand Oaks with a friend for lunch. That meal was not good. Did not include what it said it was going to have on it, and unfortunately, the waiter did not come to check on Our meal for at least 10 to 15 minutes. I did receive good customer service from the manager that was on duty that day, but having another negative experience does not make me want to continue to frequent this restaurant.
