- NGNick GNov 3, 20252.0I walked in and to my disappointment this location has not upgraded yet to self ordering on a screen, and I was particularly bummed about that because not only does the staff ignore you but had to wait a long moment to even get to my order. Then they served 2 customers who came after me before me. Once I got my salad and was waiting for my chicken breast a la carte since they said they were cooking more, I had to wait several minutes. Then another customer came in much later and order a chicken breast and a water and they served him first and made me wait another couple minutes for my chicken. Worst experience ever at El Pollo loco. And, the bathroom were dirty as well as the restaurant overall, have rarely seen this level of neglict and lack of cleanliness! I would never go there again and highly recommend going to another location!!!!
