The staff took their time, answered questions patiently, and made the whole visit feel relaxed and pleasant rather than rushed. The store itself is clean, bright, and inviting, which makes it a nice place to stop in, whether you’re picking up something quickly or spending a bit more time deciding. You can tell they care about creating a comfortable atmosphere for customers. A special mention for their ice cream cakes as they are really well made. The presentation is neat and professional, and the quality shows in both the look and the taste. It’s clear these cakes are put together with attention to detail, making them a great option for birthdays or celebrations. Overall, excellent service, a welcoming store, and high-quality ice cream cakes. Definitely a place I’d be happy to visit again.

It was like 20 degrees hotter inside than outside. Fortunately the ice cream was cold. The employee (bless his heart) was incredibly nice and helpful. When we asked about the heat he said “we’re not allowed to turn on the a/c”. It’s seriously not okay to have any employee work in that type of condition and it makes it un enjoyable for the customer.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
