For someone who has had a rough week, I went through the drive thru for a quick dinner. Kylie was the sweetest. She was genuine and empathetic. I hope her managers see this so they understand what a stand-out person she is, and I hope she receives the recognition she absolutely deserves. It's not hard to be kind, and for Kylie, it seems she was born that way.
