As I entered the self checkout area, an older woman associate with glasses who had been stocking candy and very impressed with herself came up to me and stated that she will have to stand there for each of the cards that I scan. As I began to scan and apparently too quickly, she chastised me for doing as such and was none too happy about it. At some point she looked over her shoulder to one of her coworkers to laugh or make a face. That's one way to treat a customer I guess. Not only were her actions certainly unprofessional, but rather unkind as well. I certainly expected more from a Von's associate. I will not return to this location to grocery shop, buy a Starbucks or purchase more gift cards. Hope it was worth it!!

Said she couldn’t use it cause it was expired, even though I provided her with the paper I received from the DMV stating that it is on the way and being sent to me in 4-6 weeks. She said she was the manager and couldn’t do anything without it. Ridiculous, frustrating and not helpful at all. I go and buy everything I need but now have to go to a different store. Which accepted it no problem. Thanks for being difficult just to be difficult Liz.
