    They are hard to reach at certain times of the day so good luck if you want to call in an order for pick up. For large pick up orders you need to give them at least 1 hr to have it ready.

    Long story short is that I made the mistake of coming here. I ordered food and a drink. Upon receipt of my order I questioned a missing item I thought I ordered at the register. An employee who gave me my food said hold on and came right back and gave me a whole french bread. I said thank you and sat quietly waiting for my ride. I can suddenly here the assistant manager I believe named Sandy interrogating the young worker about giving me a bread like it mattered so much to her. Then the young girl asked the manager for help and then I can hear them both begin to really dig in and talk about me which I was trying to ignore but then I heard a comment that had me walking up and asking for a refund. I never touched my food and left everything there. I did not ask for a free food item. I was gifted it and then spoken about negatively and abusively. People should never give someone something and then talk about them afterwards, talk about gas lighting, I was beside myself. All I can think of was to let them know how insulting they were and leave. I made the mistake of stepping into their working area for a brief 2-3 seconds to say this and left. Upon reflection I became rude and insulting like them. I will not return here anytime soon, Sandy is a very rude and impolite assistant manager of a good restaurant chain.
