  Fries were cold and not cooked barely any ice in the sodas so they were hot.

  Food is what you'd expect from a McDonalds. I've been to this location 4 or 5 times, and every time they have forgotten 1 or 2 things from my order. I was already home so I didn't bother getting my food back. The last time I went, I ordered about $60 worth of food. I was told to go to their Drive-Thru parking, waited roughly 10 minutes for my order to come out, and they came to bring me my food, confirmed my order then handed me the bags. I decided to take the time to double check, and I kid you not; half of my entire order was missing from the bags. I immediately went inside to claim the food that I had paid for without issue fortunately. Now, apparently since they tend to forget food on every order I get this is evidently a common issue, and is reason for me to stop going. The food here is expensive as it is, and the fact you can miss half of an entire order is unacceptable. It wasn't even busy when I went. I'll likely just take my business elsewhere so that I don't have to feel like I'm getting scammed. This kind of crap adds up if they're hoping a customer doesn't reclaim their food and is really like they are double dipping on profits for food they -ALREADY- sold and dishonestly didn't give to their customers.   I go to this specific McDonald's for coffee because when I ask for extra caramel sauce, they are generous unlike others. They used to be slow, but my order was ready by time I was out of the bathroom in the morning. Afternoon isn't so bad either. Very chill atmosphere and customers here I'm comfortable sitting with. Parking lot is small, but there's the bigger Albertsons' beside it.

  Can It get more ridiculous with the waiting in the parking lot for your food? Nobody in the dining room and 20 cars waiting for their food in the parking lot. To save their times but you're not saving your time. We're all waiting. I imagine the owner of this McDonald's is not that dumb to know that the actual times people are waiting for their food is like 15 minutes. It's not 30 seconds like your little clock shows. The entire parking lot is always full of people waiting for their food. What's the point of the drive-through? You order through the app. You drive through and you go park in the parking lot. It's so stupid

  This is the burger they served me. I tried to ask for another and they said kick rocks. The atmosphere was like a prison.
