  I placed an order on Easter Sunday through their Google Maps listing since it showed as available for ordering. What followed was a frustrating experience from start to finish. The order was never fulfilled that day and was rescheduled to the following day without clear communication. When it finally arrived, the quality was unacceptable. The salad was slimy, yellowed, and visibly past its prime. When I called to complain, I was told the reason was that it had been pre-prepared up to two days prior. That means the salad components had been sitting mixed together for roughly 48 hours before being packed and sent out. No quality check. No accountability. Just handed off to a customer. The pita bread, advertised as fresh-made, arrived with burned parsley embedded into it, a clear sign it was cooked on equipment that had not been properly cleaned between uses. That kind of cross-contamination is a basic food safety concern, not a minor oversight. When I called, I was told the owner was not available, but the owner's father was present and able to issue a refund. On a $50 food order plus $10 delivery plus a tip, only a partial refund was offered. They did not take full responsibility for the quality of what was sent out. I live two miles from this location, so this was not a long-distance delivery issue. There is no excuse for the condition of that food. The owner's father also mentioned they are currently managing three locations. Rather than inspire confidence, that detail explained a lot. When a restaurant scales faster than its quality controls can keep up, the customer pays the price, sometimes literally. Save your appetite and your money. There are better options in Temecula.   Incredibly good. We don’t have this in North County San Diego. Tzatziki is clearly made in-house.

  Wont be back Extremely unprofessional staff ( red braids) gossiping about customers because meat was (well done ). Strike 1 Eating at the bar no stop chewing with her mouth open then grabbing food to be served without washing her hands. Strike 2 Rude to my kid strike 3 Other girl is a rockstar Decent food
