While my son and I were placing our order, the employee taking it (named Bella) appeared distracted and unfocused, which led to our order being entered incorrectly multiple times. Even after addressing the mistakes, it took three attempts to receive the correct order. When the food was finally corrected, the employee added a large amount of extra items without explanation, including several burritos, tacos, and other specialty items, along with a handwritten note that made me uncomfortable. The overall situation felt highly unprofessional and inappropriate, and it reflected poorly on the restaurant’s standards and management. My son did not follow up or engage further, but the experience left a very negative impression.

I thought I was going to lunch with my sister and I needed to eat a "pre-lunch" before we shopped and dined later in the afternoon. I enjoyed my favorite items but I enjoyed the service more from the young lady who assisted me. Very polite and informative and my food was amazing, the restaurant was very clean and the employees appeared to be so friendly and professional. What are they paying $100/hr at this location? Why is everyone so happy who works here? I miss working at Taco Bell 🔔 I love you Taco Bell 💜

- OGOscar GalindoNov 5, 20251.0What I just witnessed at this Taco Bell baffled me.. first off I mobile ordered a meal for my wife and daughter and I pulled up and it was like the damn DMV.. people with receipts that claim to have been waiting 30-45 minutes.. as I’m hoping that I’m not gonna have the same situation because I’m mobile ordered to my surprise. I waited for over 35 minutes and they forgot my cheese with my chips and they accidentally gave me somebody else’s order and gave me a small drink when I ordered a large and gave my daughter a Baja blast freeze when she ordered a regular one and every time I had to go up to correct the order they were mad and acting like it was my fault. I see other customers getting upset and the entire crew, including the manager could care less and when an Uber eats driver pulled up and asked for his order they looked at him and said oh yeah you’re at the bottom you’re gonna have to wait a while and just walked away. This was the most unprofessional experience ever and I know this is just Taco Bell but COME ON!
