- NLNicholas LoiaconoJul 28, 20251.0I called ahead to ask if they had the promotional Happy Gilmore cups, the associate said they had all of them. I drove all the way down there only to find out the manager doesn't allow customers to choose the cup they want (from the 4), and when I got the cup, it was the ONLY cup of all 4 that I already had. I asked the associate to switch it for any of the other 3 and she repeated, "my manager only let's us give out one cup at random every day." I have 4 kids that would have loved to have their own cup and Subway is treating cups like they're Pokémon cards. This subway could be giving away gold with their meals and I'd still never return. Absolutely horrible service and management!!

I go elsewhere now im done with sub-way
