    It’s extremely stressful that you ask for food for your kids, and when you get home thinking everyone would be happy everything on your order it’s wrong they didn’t add ketchup horrible experience

    Terrible experience. I know general service has tanked at fast food places since the pandemic but this was a whole other level. The worker was rude the whole time while taking my order. I tried to be friendly regardless but then I waited about 15 minutes and we moved to the front because our food wasn’t being called out. When I realized everybody who was ordering was getting their food almost instantly I went and asked about our food. The person who took my order was watching me wait for my food for almost 20 minutes. When I asked it was just sitting there. Never being called. The food was cold and nasty. The service was horrible. I’ll never come back again. I’d rather just take an extra 10 minutes and go to a different location. I don’t understand why the employee has to be malicious about it, or if they enjoy watching people wait for their food but this was just a horrible experience.
