    Terrible experience. I know general service has tanked at fast food places since the pandemic but this was a whole other level. The worker was rude the whole time while taking my order. I tried to be friendly regardless but then I waited about 15 minutes and we moved to the front because our food wasn’t being called out. When I realized everybody who was ordering was getting their food almost instantly I went and asked about our food. The person who took my order was watching me wait for my food for almost 20 minutes. When I asked it was just sitting there. Never being called. The food was cold and nasty. The service was horrible. I’ll never come back again. I’d rather just take an extra 10 minutes and go to a different location. I don’t understand why the employee has to be malicious about it, or if they enjoy watching people wait for their food but this was just a horrible experience.

    We ordered chocolate ice cream for our child, but they gave us one with barely half a gram of chocolate. We asked them to remake it because it didn’t look like what we ordered, but they acted as if it was fine. Eventually, they started to redo it — and it turned out they had just run out of chocolate. So basically, they were trying to deceive us.
