Couple weeks ago we did a curbside pick up only to be forgotten and then when we went in after waiting 15-20 minutes they didn’t know where the order was so had to remake it. Today we ordered a sausage McMuffin with egg and received a sandwich with no egg. My husband went in and they gave him a sandwich that was sitting on the side labeled with egg and when he opened it there was no egg and no cheese. So third times a charm and we finally got a sausage McMuffin with egg and cheese. After waiting we still had cold hotcakes and soggy hash browns. Management needs to retrain the staff on double checking orders and being consistent. The only consistency we got so far is orders missing items and waiting for cold food.
