At 11:01 the order was cancelled by McDonald’s. I go inside to the counter and they tell me the order was cancelled bc it “was not picked up by 11 - when breakfast ends”. The order was placed BEFORE breakfast ends, and was never ready. A second mobile order was placed for 2 fries, 1 sandwich, and 1 drink. I waited an additional 30 minutes for this order. The food - fries are undercooked, soggy and limp, and have a strange chemical taste to them. The sandwich - asked for extra toppings, not done. The coffee - watered down. The staff - in the back yelling and arguing, everything looks incredibly chaotic. Almost everyone is avoiding the register, ignoring clients, or being rude when addressed. Meanwhile customers and door dashers alike are all waiting 30+ minutes for their orders. Orders are lost, forgotten. An overall underwhelming experience. This location’s staff needs some serious training. The one positive was one staff member with the light, shoulder-length hair (Aiden?) - they were incredibly kind and did their very best to help fix the situation.

Even when saying excuse me to get their attention. I finally had to step in front of someone to stop them to get help. $20 an hour employees to just ignore dine in customers.
