There were three of us customers waiting that long for our drinks. There was a customer who was waiting much earlier than when I walked in for her drink, seems that they forgot about her order even though you can clearly see she’s still waiting. She had to come up and remind them of her order. I saw the other staff members focusing more on cleaning rather than making our drinks. I’m a little disappointed at the sense of urgency at this location. Not to mention the very high price of $9.59 for a small drink…
