- RRRochellaJan 16, 20261.0Stopped in yesterday with the family for some chips and dip, we love the guac and the queso Blanco,when we sat down the bag of chips they gave us with the dips was stale so we we went up to the cashier and they swapped it out for a different bag which was also stale, so we went up and asked if it were possible to make some fresh chips the cashier said they would need to ask a manager no problem, the mgr Claudia comes out says she can't make fresh chips for the dips due to her being short staffed and the carne asada will need to take priority until her next shift came in at 3pm and proceeded to offer me a refund, the only thing we ordered was dips so without the chips I went ahead and accepted the refund as the solution, Claudia then asks me for the dips back which no problem there's no chips 😢 But Claudia then grabs the dips out of my hand and then tossed them in the trash behind her very rudely, I couldn't even believe it, we were ok with the solution, so for that to be handled by the manager like that was very disappointing to say the least. I highly recommend avoiding this chipotle and finding one that is manged better.
