  CAVA is not only delicious and I eat here on a weekly basis but the employees that work there are the sweetest and most patient people you could ever encounter. They are always super busy (for good reason) but they treat their customers so well. I just had a wonderful experience with Quinn and I just felt the need to finally write a well-deserved review about this please!

  Kai’s service was exceptional, she was attentive and funny! All well providing exactly what I wanted. As well as Quinn who started my order she was very quick and gave me a very warm welcome. I love how engaging the staff is here!

  Food is really solid. Good flavors but a little expensive They do not know how to run a business or shift though. I see people go on break all the time when it’s busy. They have more people working mobile orders than the customers in the dining room even when there is a huge line. It’s happened every time I’ve been here. Never more than 2 people working the front line. So the wait is generally 10-20 minutes because they have one person doing the work of 2-3. If they ever learn how to run a shift they would be even more successful

  I have been to Cava many times, but this location gave me one of the best experiences of my life. From the moment I walked in, the facility was incredibly clean, organized, and efficient. The team moved quickly while still being kind, professional, and attentive. If there was even a small delay, they communicated clearly and let me know my order would be ready shortly. The food, as always, was amazing. What truly touched me was something unexpected. I am a physician, and Kataya saw me in line, personally brought my bowl and drink to me, and kindly told me the meal was on them because I help people. I insisted on paying, but she and the team would not allow it. I felt genuinely appreciated, cared for, and valued as a healthcare professional. I want to be very clear that my impression of this location was outstanding even before that gesture. The cleanliness, speed, organization, and generosity of the entire team stood out immediately. Thank you to Kataya and the entire team, and thank you to Cava leadership for fostering such a caring environment. I truly felt appreciated. 100 percent recommend this location. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

  I had a great experience at Cava, and I have to give a special shoutout to Monica for making it even better. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely attentive. She took the time to explain menu options, made helpful suggestions, and prepared my bowl perfectly. The food at Cava was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I was craving — but Monica’s positive attitude and great customer service really stood out. It’s not every day you meet someone who clearly enjoys their job and makes customers feel valued. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I hope Monica gets the recognition she deserves. Thank you for such an awesome experience
