  Food is mediocre. A child could bake it. The service is basic but very rude. Ive been at busier places and ive never been treated this way. The place is dirty and the glasses are too. It's really loud when games are on but they expect you to be quiet when talking within your group.

  I ordered on the app for pick-up expecting my order to be ready the time given on the app. I was wrong. I had to wait a long time for my order. I was ignored in the small corner for take-out orders. The employees focused solely on the bar. The restaurant was not even busy. Everytime I had a question or concern I had to walk to the front where the bar was to ask a question about my order. The employees were gathered and talking near the bar, but they were not focused on pick-up orders. I had to ask multiple times to at least get my first order, because I had a child that needed to eat to take her meds. The second order took so long that I finally asked for a refund and manager. I was told that they may not be able to refund the order because it was processed on the app. When I finally received my order my fries were hard and cold. They were so hard someone would have broken a tooth trying to eat them. If you order pick-up, prepare to wait for a long time here and to be ignored. I will not be coming here again. This was a waste of time and money. I could have spent my money elsewhere to get better service and better food. I love Buffalo Wild Wings and ate at multiple locations, but this one is by far the worst.

  We have a bad experience every time we come. And it is specifically due to the service. Our first visit, the female waiter forgot our drinks, we sat there watching her have conversations with employees. We got out food, she asked if we needed anything and we replied “our drinks” then she blamed it on another employee saying she asked them to get them. We never got refills and the whole time she placed blame on other people. Next, our male waiter was rude. Just won’t go back.

  We all know bww aren’t known for their service but we are still gonna gonna come anyway lol. I was shocked today. Had the best service ever. Nate was great and I appreciate the service. Above and beyond. Best bww I’ve ever been to 🙌🏽👏🏽
