- AAAllyOct 26, 20251.0Extremely disappointed with the customer service here, especially from the so-called supervisor on duty. A cake was ordered well in advance, and when I arrived to pick it up, the design was completely wrong — even though the correct design was clearly written on the order form. When I pointed this out, the supervisor (her name was either Brianna or Brenna — not sure, since she barely introduced herself) said, “Take it or leave it.” Excuse me? That’s her idea of customer service? She then claimed she needed “approval” to give even half off for a mistake they made. Instead of taking responsibility and offering a courtesy discount for their own error, she made excuses and dismissed the issue entirely. To make things worse, right after all that, she suddenly said, “I forgot to charge you for another item.” Really? After your mistake, you decide to add another charge? The lack of accountability and professionalism was shocking. This supervisor looked completely unprepared and unequipped to handle a situation like this. Do better. Train your staff properly — or better yet, find someone who actually understands what customer service means. Absolutely terrible experience from this franchise.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?

I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
