  Extremely disappointed with the customer service here, especially from the so-called supervisor on duty. A cake was ordered well in advance, and when I arrived to pick it up, the design was completely wrong — even though the correct design was clearly written on the order form. When I pointed this out, the supervisor (her name was either Brianna or Brenna — not sure, since she barely introduced herself) said, “Take it or leave it.” Excuse me? That’s her idea of customer service? She then claimed she needed “approval” to give even half off for a mistake they made. Instead of taking responsibility and offering a courtesy discount for their own error, she made excuses and dismissed the issue entirely. To make things worse, right after all that, she suddenly said, “I forgot to charge you for another item.” Really? After your mistake, you decide to add another charge? The lack of accountability and professionalism was shocking. This supervisor looked completely unprepared and unequipped to handle a situation like this. Do better. Train your staff properly — or better yet, find someone who actually understands what customer service means. Absolutely terrible experience from this franchise.

  My family and I are regular customers. Unfortunately, we have noticed a big change in their customer service. Day by day, their service is declining and the workers are getting rude. Josephinna is the meanest of them. Multiple times, she’s been rude with her coworkers in front of customers and with us. The management needs to train her well and then let her work.

  Baskin-Robbins is a classic ice cream destination that holds a special place in the market. My experience with the brand is generally positive, built on the strength of its flavors and friendly staff. The staff at Baskin-Robbins is consistently nice and helpful, which makes the in-store experience pleasant. They're good about letting you sample flavors, which is essential given the vast number of options. Speaking of which, the variety is a major draw. The flavors are smooth and well-balanced, and I've found a few favorites like Jamoca Almond Fudge and Mango to be consistently delicious. However, a major drawback is the price. While the ice cream is good, I don't feel it's a great value for the money. The pricing feels a bit high for what you get, especially when compared to other options on the market. For a similar or slightly higher price, you can find premium ice cream brands like Häagen-Dazs or Ben & Jerry's in grocery stores, or visit competitors like Cold Stone Creamery, which offer a different, more customized experience. In essence, Baskin-Robbins is a reliable choice for a tasty scoop, but it doesn't quite justify its price point against some of the more "premium" or value-driven competitors. Overall positive

  They gave us the smallest scoops of ice cream for the price they change . . We asked for a cup for ice and was told we could buy a bottle of water after we spent almost $50.
