Despite the customer's disrespectful attitude, the clerk remained calm, courteous, and respectful throughout the interaction. They defused the situation without escalating it and kept the line moving efficiently. It’s not easy to stay gracious under pressure, but this employee did it with patience and a smile. I just wanted to say thank you and wish them a truly good day — they definitely deserve it. This kind of attitude makes a big difference and reflects well on the store. Great job! Overall this store is wonderfully staffed and is always clean and shelves full. Thank you Keilan, Ashley and all the others that make this my go to Albertsons!
